Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CampaignForge website and your purchase of CampaignForge's campaign products and related services.

By purchasing a CampaignForge product, submitting an order, making payment, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase or use our services.

1. About CampaignForge

CampaignForge provides digitally delivered marketing campaign resources designed to assist businesses in planning and setting up advertising campaigns, primarily for Meta advertising platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

Depending on the product purchased, CampaignForge may provide campaign structures, audience/targeting recommendations, campaign strategy, creative guidance, AI prompts, landing-page prompts, setup instructions and related resources.

CampaignForge is not Meta and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. What You Are Purchasing

The ₹1,999 CampaignForge product is a one-time purchase for a campaign package.

Depending on the campaign objective selected at checkout, the package may include the deliverables described on the purchase page, including:

  • Campaign structure.
  • Campaign/ad-set/ad configuration recommendations.
  • Audience and targeting strategy.
  • Campaign objective and setup recommendations.
  • Creative creation guidance.
  • AI-assisted creative prompts.
  • Landing-page generation prompts or related guidance.
  • Campaign import/setup instructions.
  • Relevant documentation or implementation guidance.

Where the purchase page states that the package includes two campaigns, those campaigns are two campaign structures associated with the selected objective/package.

For example:

Leads Package: two campaign structures designed for lead-generation objectives.
Sales Package: two campaign structures designed for website-sales/conversion objectives.

Purchasing one package does not automatically include the other package unless expressly stated on the purchase page.

3. Campaign Strategy Is Based on Professional Experience

CampaignForge develops campaign recommendations based on the information supplied by the customer, available campaign objectives, advertising-platform capabilities, industry considerations and our professional experience.

Campaign recommendations are strategic recommendations and are not a promise of commercial performance.

Any examples, case studies, estimated outcomes, benchmarks, cost-per-lead references, conversion expectations or performance statements shown on our website are illustrative and/or based on historical experiences and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future results.

4. No Guarantee of Leads, Sales or Advertising Performance

CampaignForge does not guarantee or assure any particular advertising result.

In particular, we do not guarantee:

  • A specific number of leads.
  • A specific number of sales.
  • Revenue.
  • Return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Cost per lead (CPL).
  • Cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Click-through rate (CTR).
  • Conversion rate.
  • Impressions.
  • Reach.
  • Website traffic.
  • Customer acquisition cost.
  • Profitability.
  • Advertising account approval.
  • Ad approval.
  • Campaign delivery.
  • Audience size.
  • Availability of a particular targeting option.
  • Any other specific business or advertising outcome.

Advertising performance depends on numerous factors outside CampaignForge's control, including but not limited to:

  • Advertising budget.
  • Industry and market conditions.
  • Competition.
  • Offer quality.
  • Pricing.
  • Product/service demand.
  • Brand reputation.
  • Creative quality.
  • Landing-page experience.
  • Website performance.
  • Sales process.
  • Lead follow-up.
  • Geographic market.
  • Audience behaviour.
  • Seasonality.
  • Customer response.
  • Meta's auction system.
  • Meta's algorithms.
  • Meta policies and enforcement.
  • Account history and account quality.
  • Tracking and attribution.
  • Technical configuration.

Accordingly, CampaignForge provides a campaign strategy and implementation framework based on professional experience, not a guaranteed business outcome.

5. Meta Platform Policies and Approval

CampaignForge campaigns are intended to be used in accordance with applicable Meta advertising requirements.

However, Meta independently determines whether advertisements, accounts, pages, websites, products, services and related content are eligible for advertising.

Meta may review, reject, restrict, disable, modify or stop advertisements or advertising accounts at its discretion under its applicable policies and systems.

CampaignForge cannot guarantee that:

  • Meta will approve an advertisement.
  • Meta will approve a campaign.
  • Meta will approve an advertising account.
  • A particular audience or targeting option will remain available.
  • A campaign will be delivered.
  • An account will remain unrestricted.
  • Meta will not request additional verification.
  • Meta will not change its advertising products, policies, targeting options, review processes or technical requirements.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable Meta advertising policies and other platform requirements.

CampaignForge will make reasonable efforts to structure campaigns using generally applicable advertising best practices and available platform functionality, but compliance and approval ultimately remain subject to Meta's independent systems and policies.

6. Customer Responsibility for Advertising Content

The customer remains solely responsible for the products, services, claims, offers, prices, testimonials, images, videos, landing pages, websites and other content used in their advertisements.

The customer must ensure that their advertising:

  • Is truthful and not misleading.
  • Does not contain unlawful claims.
  • Does not infringe intellectual-property rights.
  • Does not violate consumer-protection laws.
  • Does not violate applicable industry regulations.
  • Does not violate Meta's advertising policies.
  • Does not promote prohibited or restricted products or services without satisfying applicable requirements.

CampaignForge may provide strategic recommendations, but the customer remains responsible for the final advertisements and advertising materials submitted to Meta.

7. Information Provided by the Customer

CampaignForge relies on the information supplied by the customer.

If the customer provides inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or outdated information, CampaignForge is not responsible for problems arising from that information.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Incorrect business information.
  • Incorrect target audience information.
  • Incorrect website URLs.
  • Incorrect offers.
  • Incorrect pricing.
  • Incorrect product/service information.
  • Incorrect geographic targeting.
  • Incomplete campaign requirements.

8. Campaign Delivery

CampaignForge will make the purchased campaign deliverables available within the delivery timeframe communicated on the purchase page or during onboarding, subject to successful payment verification and receipt of the information reasonably required to prepare the campaign.

If required customer information is delayed, incomplete or unavailable, the delivery timeline may be extended accordingly.

CampaignForge is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customer non-response.
  • Missing information.
  • Incorrect information.
  • Payment-verification issues.
  • Platform outages.
  • Meta technical issues.
  • Website/server issues.
  • Third-party service failures.
  • Force majeure events.
  • Other circumstances outside CampaignForge's reasonable control.

9. Campaign Import and Technical Setup

Where a campaign is supplied in a format intended for import, the customer is responsible for having:

  • A functioning Meta account.
  • Appropriate Business Manager/Business Portfolio access.
  • Appropriate advertising account permissions.
  • Required Page/Instagram permissions.
  • Required domain or website access.
  • Required pixels, datasets, conversion APIs or other tracking systems, where applicable.
  • Any other technical prerequisites required by Meta.

CampaignForge may provide instructions or guidance for the setup process.

However, technical compatibility can vary depending on the customer's account configuration, permissions, assets, website, tracking setup, Meta interface and other technical factors.

10. Client-Side Technical Issues

CampaignForge is not responsible where a campaign cannot be imported, implemented, updated or launched because of an issue attributable to the customer's:

  • Meta account.
  • Business Manager/Business Portfolio.
  • Ad account.
  • Page.
  • Instagram account.
  • Domain.
  • Website.
  • Hosting/server.
  • Tracking configuration.
  • Pixel/dataset.
  • Payment method.
  • Account permissions.
  • Verification status.
  • Existing restrictions.
  • Third-party integrations.
  • Software or technical environment.

Where CampaignForge has successfully prepared and delivered the agreed campaign materials, a technical problem on the customer's side does not constitute failure to deliver the purchased product.

11. Additional Setup or Technical Assistance

The ₹1,999 purchase covers the deliverables specifically described on the applicable purchase page.

Additional assistance is not automatically included.

Examples of potentially chargeable additional services include:

  • Live campaign setup.
  • Account configuration.
  • Business Manager troubleshooting.
  • Domain verification.
  • Pixel/dataset configuration.
  • Conversion API implementation.
  • Website troubleshooting.
  • Landing-page development.
  • Creative design.
  • Ad copywriting beyond the included scope.
  • Tracking/debugging.
  • CRM integration.
  • API integration.
  • Campaign management.
  • Ongoing optimisation.
  • Account recovery or restriction-related assistance.
  • Repeated setup assistance beyond the included support.
  • Custom campaign modifications.
  • Additional campaigns or ad sets outside the purchased package.

Any additional service may be quoted separately and will be undertaken only after the applicable additional charges are accepted.

12. CampaignForge Does Not Manage Your Advertising Budget

The campaign purchase price of ₹1,999 is separate from the customer's advertising spend.

The customer is responsible for paying Meta or the applicable advertising platform directly for advertising spend.

CampaignForge does not include media spend unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

The customer is responsible for maintaining an active and valid payment method within their advertising account.

13. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because CampaignForge products involve the preparation and delivery of digital campaign strategy, campaign structures and other digital resources, payments are generally non-refundable once work or delivery has commenced.

The ₹1,999 purchase is therefore non-refundable where CampaignForge has:

  • Started preparing the campaign.
  • Started reviewing the customer's submitted information.
  • Created campaign structures.
  • Prepared strategy or targeting recommendations.
  • Generated or prepared campaign resources.
  • Delivered any material forming part of the purchased product.

Exception for Failure to Deliver
If CampaignForge accepts a payment but fails to provide the purchased deliverables altogether, and the failure is attributable to CampaignForge rather than the customer, Meta, a payment provider, a technical issue on the customer's side, or another third party, the customer may contact us for a refund request.

Any eligible refund will be limited to the amount actually paid for the affected CampaignForge product.

No Refund for Performance
A refund will not be provided merely because:

  • The campaign did not generate leads.
  • The campaign did not generate sales.
  • CPL was higher than expected.
  • ROAS was lower than expected.
  • Meta rejected an advertisement.
  • Meta restricted an account.
  • The customer disliked the campaign strategy after delivery.
  • The customer changed their business strategy.
  • The customer changed their mind after delivery.
  • The customer did not use the campaign.
  • The customer did not have sufficient advertising budget.
  • The customer's website or landing page did not convert.
  • The customer's sales team did not follow up with leads.

14. No Guarantee of Meta Compatibility in the Future

Meta may change its advertising interface, campaign objectives, targeting options, APIs, import functionality, policies or other technical systems.

CampaignForge does not guarantee that a campaign delivered today will remain directly importable, technically identical, or compatible with Meta's platform indefinitely.

If Meta changes its platform after delivery, additional work required to modify or rebuild the campaign may be treated as a separate paid service unless expressly included in the customer's package.

15. Intellectual Property

CampaignForge retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, frameworks, templates, processes, prompts, internal documentation, strategic systems and other intellectual property unless expressly transferred in writing.

After payment, the customer receives the right to use the purchased campaign materials for their own business and advertising activities, subject to these Terms.

The customer may not resell, redistribute, reproduce as a commercial template, sublicense or commercially exploit CampaignForge's proprietary campaign resources as a competing product without written permission.

16. Customer Materials

You retain ownership of materials you provide to CampaignForge, including your brand assets, product information, images, business information and other content.

You grant CampaignForge permission to use those materials solely to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the purchased services.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide such materials.

17. Third-Party Platforms

CampaignForge may rely on third-party platforms, including Meta, payment providers, hosting providers, AI tools and other technology services.

CampaignForge is not responsible for outages, policy changes, technical failures, account restrictions, pricing changes, API changes, service discontinuation or other events caused by third-party providers.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CampaignForge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the campaign materials or services.

This includes loss of:

  • Revenue.
  • Profit.
  • Leads.
  • Sales.
  • Advertising spend.
  • Business opportunities.
  • Data.
  • Goodwill.
  • Expected business results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CampaignForge's aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific CampaignForge product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold CampaignForge harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses arising from:

  • The customer's products or services.
  • The customer's advertising claims.
  • Materials supplied by the customer.
  • The customer's violation of applicable law.
  • The customer's violation of Meta or other platform policies.
  • The customer's infringement of third-party rights.
  • The customer's misuse of CampaignForge materials.
  • The customer's advertising account or business activities.

20. Prohibited Use

You may not use CampaignForge services or materials for unlawful purposes or to promote products, services or activities prohibited by applicable law or relevant advertising-platform policies.

CampaignForge reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where the requested activity presents legal, regulatory, platform-policy, fraud, reputational or other material risk.

21. Electronic Communications

By submitting your information or purchasing a CampaignForge product, you agree that CampaignForge may communicate with you electronically regarding:

  • Your purchase.
  • Payment verification.
  • Campaign delivery.
  • Support.
  • Technical issues.

Marketing communications, where applicable, may be managed according to applicable law and your available communication preferences.

22. Changes to These Terms

CampaignForge may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the website or purchase of services after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or CampaignForge services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in [CITY, STATE, INDIA].

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the applicable purchase-page information, Privacy Policy and any written service-specific agreement accepted by CampaignForge and the customer, constitute the agreement governing the customer's purchase and use of the applicable CampaignForge product.
